A mindful hatha yoga class with modifications, for pregnancy, Celebrate this sacred time of bringing a new life into the world by taking care of the body, mind, and spirit. The class has hands on assists and is an all levels class, made for different stages of pregnancy. Strengthen, sweat, decompress, relax, and stretch all in one class. Tasha has been working with many moms for years in this time of transition and courage.
